“Buyers are Armed with Pre-Qual Letters”
Hi Joe,
My Realtor shared your contact with me as she is helping me to buy a house in the next couple of months or so. Please, let me know what you need from me to get the pre-qualification process started and to find out what my price boundaries (i.e. borrowing ability) are for the house prices. She shared a number of homes that go up to $600,000 and our plan would be to put 20% down, but all that depends on you. My cell phone is 860-XXX-XXXX. Looking forward to hearing from you so that I can get a pre-qualification letter.
thank you
Folks that will begin a home search in the first quarter of 2021 should begin the process of getting pre-qualified sooner rather than later. Being aware of your credit scores is vital and if there are issues that need to be resolved, better to find out as soon as possible. Communicate with me if you have any questions.

Great post! Thanks for sharing!
Good morning Joe. A pre-qualification by an experienced mortgage broker who asks the right questions carries more weight in my opinion. Enjoy your day!
Good morning, Joe Petrowsky I don't think a buyer should even pick up the phone to make an appointment without having a Pre-Approval in hand....
Great advice to buyers as always. It gives them time to fix any credit issues if they start earlier
