“My Tenants Will Help Pay My Mortgage”
My landlord actually gave me your contact information. She told me that you did the mortgage for them when they purchased this property and a number of others that they own. In any case I am tired of helping them pay their mortgage so it is time for me to do this for myself.
I like the idea of purchasing a multifamily and having my tenants help pay my mortgage, so that is what I’m thinking. I would like to buy a home over the next few months as my lease is up in March.
I have a really good job, which I have had for the last three years, have a very good rental history and funds for a down payment. Also, my folks have indicated they would assist me if that was necessary.

What a wise young woman. Many have gotten started on the path of homeownership purchasing a multifamily home and having their tenants help they pay their mortgage. In many cases most of the payment and sometimes all the payment.
We have all heard stories about bad tenants and evictions and so forth but believe me that isn’t always the case!
