Hi Mr. Joe,

I hope everything is well with you and your family. It is hard to believe that we have had our house for 10 months now. Thank you again for helping us accomplish our dream..

Now as I mentioned earlier in the year I would like to see when I can get an investment property. I have a property in mind, what do I need to do?



Believe it or not, there are many in this country that have NO credit scores and most banks and credit unions are not willing to do mortgages for these clients. These folks were in this situation and walking in and out of a number of institutions, all of which told them there was nothing they could do.


Clients that don’t have credit scores can still purchase a home using “alternative” credit like cell phone accounts, utility accounts, car insurance accounts, gym membership accounts and so on.


I don’t like it when I hear nothing can be done. “Who else do you know that needs my help?”

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky no credit shouldn't be on the same plain as poor credit.... unfortunately, it is with most institutions....when our children were in high school and driving, we had them get a small car loan that they could pay with their respective jobs and their father and I co-signed.... they all had good credit when they needed a loan on their own....
