“Some Flipping Courses are a Waste of Money”

“Some Flipping Courses are a Waste of Money”

Thank you for spending an hour of time, your words of wisdom mean a lot to me. All of the hype I got at the house flipping event was most likely a waste of my time, as all they wanted to do was to sell me a course for $10,000.

As you know I already have a deposit on a property that I am going to flip. Just know any inquiries that I get on the property as I go along, I will get them to you.

I will look forward to our working together. I’m glad my accountant referred me to you.

All the best, Brent.

Unfortunately, I have interacted with many folks that have spent lots of money to become “House Flipping Experts”, without a return on that investment.

House flipping is not for everyone and it is not as romantic as it looks on TV. In many cases the money spent for the course is a bargain compared to how much money is actually lost once a property is purchased with all the renovations and costs to hold it.

So much wisdom in that message! I heard it so many times. The traveling circuit gurus just want to get into your pockets, don't care what you do with their courses, boot camps, workshops etc...

Good morning Joe. Usually when the gurus are going to share their secret formula with you for a fee, the formula has run its course! Enjoy your day!

My husband and I flipped Victorian homes in Downtown Colorado Springs for over a decade. It was rewarding and profitable (until 2008) and we had a lot of fun doing it. I can't even imagine paying $10,000 to learn how to do it. What a rip off. Nice testimonial.

I have yet to see a house flipping course that is worth a flip.
