“Yes, Central Air Can be Part of a 203K”

So Doug’s bid can even come up to $105,000, the full amount for the renovations? Another question: Could we add on approximately another $20,000 to the mortgage to put in central air as part of these renovations?

There are so many misconceptions when it comes to what can or cannot be included in a 203K loan. Some top questions are whether or not someone can put in air conditioning, new appliances, or build a new home on an old foundation.
