“Almost Impossible NOT to Qualify”
Hi Mr. Joe,
Hope everything is good, can you please advise me on a multifamily property for an investment. I would like to know what the requirements for a loan are as far as credit score and down payment. I would like to see if I can get it under my name or the company name. Looking to see if I can get one at the end of this year. And what type of properties should I look into. Any and all advice will be really appreciated.

If the credit scores are halfway decent, I’ve done them with a credit score of 560. Most of these loans are done with 20% down and as long as the rental income covers the mortgage payment a loan would be available.
This client makes a good income, but with the creative accounting that is used the tax returns don’t show that. However, his cash flow is outstanding. Almost anyone can qualify for an investor loan these days.
