We can’t thank you enough Joe,
As you well know, we have had our property on the market for nearly three years. We knew it would take a while, but never in my wildest dreams did I believe it would take this long.
After you listened to my complaining you must have decided it was time to refer us to another Realtor. It was not comfortable telling a relative that I was going to list with a different Realtor.
I can’t believe it, we are now under contract! Thank you, Thank you.
We estimate we will have about $250,000 as a down payment and still plan on looking in the $600,000 price range, so we now need a new pre-qualification letter. Will send you updated documents later this week. In advance, thank you.
These folks had a crazy amount of patience but waiting nearly three years to keep their property listed with a relative who only works part time in the real estate business is not a good idea.
The real estate and mortgage business are not a part time business for the most part. The Realtor who I referred sells a lot of real estate. She has four assistants working with her. I know how much business she does as she sends me at least two new prospective buyers each week.
