Hi Joe,

Thank you for taking my call yesterday. Can’t believe I couldn’t get the mortgage that I need from any Boston banks that I contacted, but at this point I could care less as I was directed to you. Looking forward to hear the details for the mortgage you can do.

Here is an updated estimate on my property value updated 12 days ago. See attached pdf. Also the property just to the right of me 2 doors down at 25, which has 1/3 of the sq footage of mine just went under agreement for an amount around $750,000. Now granted it’s a Condo in mint shape rather than my older 3-4 unit multifamily building. But again its supportive of my property valued at well over a million. So I am excited about that.

About a third of my business comes from referrals, banks and other mortgage companies. The majority of institutions don’t do non-QM loans, so it is always possible for these referrals to come my way.

 

This client recently had a bankruptcy, had tremendous rental income from the three units, no full-time employment and under 600 credit scores. He plans on purchasing two additional investment properties and now has the funds to accomplish the goal.
