“There are Options when You Can’t Find the Right Home”

 

 

Mr. Petrowsky,

Unfortunately we can’t find a single family home we can afford. It has been over 6 months, but no luck. It is time for us to move in a different direction. When we met we discussed our comfort level for a mortgage payment compared to what we can qualify up to, a much different number. We are fortunate to have been referred to you by Jeff’s parents so that you could give us sound advice. An online company doesn’t ask these important questions, you should become a trainer for “Rocket Mortgage”.

We discussed looking at properties that would need renovation. We want to revisit the subject. You reviewed 203K loans and Homestyle loans. Can we meet up again to go over our options? We know that the friends we referred to you are currently in the process of doing an FHA 203K loan with you currently. They’ve shared they will end up with more home than they expected.

I have no plans on becoming a trainer for any online mortgage company as it is a completely different philosophy. When people lose the personal element of truly understanding a client’s needs and wants compared to how high they can be qualified or what other alternatives there are the client loses out. I choose to give the personal touch every time!
