Found another investment property that we want to buy. It is still hard for me to get that I can just keep buying rental properties as long as I have the 20% down. OK, OK, you made a believer out of me. Before I met you I spoke to bank after bank, mortgage company after mortgage company, but no one could get me a mortgage, it was always about tax returns and debt ratio.
The asking price for the 4 family is $599,000, the taxes are $7344, property insurance is $1759 and the current rental income is $7300. If I can get this added to my portfolio, it is a real home run.
A few more properties and my wife gives up her job she hates and will focus on our property management. That is the goal for 2019!
Can you send me the pre-qualification letter. By the way, you have totally made a believer out of our Realtor. She mentioned that she sent you someone that want to start buying investment properties as well.
Residential investor loans are a no brainer for current and future individuals that want to start or grow their portfolio.
I must admit I was a little skeptical when this loan product became available, but not anymore. I can see clearly now!
