Thank you for staying in contact with us, we need your services again. We are in the process of selling our current home and relocating again, third time in 4 years. Hopefully this time it will be for a longer time period. I know you are licensed in New Hampshire so we will need a new pre-qualification letter. I know you already have our information, Beth will continue work virtually earning about the same as we previously showed and my new salary will be $142,000. Will be getting bonuses, but don’t see the need to include them.

We will have about $90,000 coming out of the sale and could put down additional dollars if required. Best guess, we will be around $500,000. For the pre-qual, show it as a conventional loan with 20% down.

Moving three times in 4 years is more than normal, but in the same time period their income has doubled.

 

It has been quite some time since I have seen clients moving as often. One real benefit right now, interest rates have dropped over the last few months which has improved buying power.
