Hi Joe,

I spoke to two Realtors over the weekend and have decided to go with the one you referred. She really knows her stuff, I can understand why you referred her.

By the way the other agent was someone that is part time in the business and a family friend, it was hard to separate friendship to our real estate needs, but truly the decision was not difficult.

Thank you for getting the pre-qualification letter to us, we are now ready!

Choosing the right Realtor is not always an easy decision. How does the client and the Realtor relate to one another? How about experience and knowledge of the business and area?

 

I don’t remember a time that there was so much chaos in the real estate industry. It is changing and evolving like no other time in history.

Joe - when I get to inspections and meet realtors for the first time I know who I would hire and who I would not by the end of the inspection.

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky there are so many agents who have little or no business, when they have the opportunity to interview for a listing, you can believe less than 50% of what they say they offer....homeowners need to see it to believe it...I hear the stories!!
