Joe,

Hard to believe that in this day and age I got crap from my office manager for not using the loan officer that has a desk in our office. I have used him before, but it was a waste of my time and my clients were not happy. I have told my manager that if it is mandatory, I’m changing companies. He told me it wasn’t mandatory, but recommended, but I explained, not going to happen.

I believe the guys complained to my manger as a few of us send mortgage clients to you, I know I don’t need to explain why, but can assure you he never sends me clients as you do and have for years.

I know you recommended staying, so for now that is what I will do.

Thank you for getting the last transaction done, I know it wasn’t easy.

As of now, I don't have a favorite mortgage broker.  Of course, the day has just started.

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky many of the large companies enforce that concept of in-house financing.... we had it for a short time, but I was always of the mentality to use what/who works best for you.... I won... the mortg people are no longer there...

Credit inquiries accumulated for a year and I didn't know that they affected my credit score. When it reached a total of 74 inquiries on my credit report, I knew that I had to do something, so I purchased their service. After one week, 50 of them were removed. After another one weeks, all credit inquiries were removed. So yes, I am happy. My score has now been raised to a high 792 all thanks to (Patchcredit@gmail..com)

In house lenders are not always the best. Shop and compare, don’t just take the easy way out.
