We are ready to refinance our current mortgage, it looks great by the way! To refresh your memory, you coached us and arranged an FHA 203K mortgage for us. The original purchase price was $233,000 and the renovation cost was $116,000. We had our real estate agent give us an estimate of value and between the current value and the liquid assets available, we have the 20% to avoid mortgage insurance. I still can’t believe we were originally looking up to $500,000 and couldn’t find what we were looking for and now we have the home we want and are under $350,000. I know you are going to say I told you so, but a year ago the thought of renovating a home, actually our first home seemed crazy. No one is more of an advocate than we are and continue to tell all our friends.

 

I know you have done a pre-qualification for Judy and Bob, they are well on their way to doing what we did. Thank you for helping them, they are wonderful friends.
