 Joe, hope you had a great holiday season! Thank you for helping my wife Kristine and I with our mortgage this past fall for our house. 

 I had a question about commercial mortgages. Is that something you handle? What’s the typical down payment required for a commercial property? 

 What are the current rates for mortgages for commercial properties?

 The reason I ask is that a property I’m interested in may come for sale soon that I could utilize for me and one of my businesses.

Fortunately, clients contact me constantly asking different mortgage related questions. After discussing the needs that my client had, I referred him to a local bank that I have a referral relationship with. They had the perfect mortgage solutions.


Now that the client has gotten tired of paying rent, he will now own a commercial property and be his own landlord.

Morning Joe.

Commercial property is alive and going strong in my area.  There are very few banks that will finance those, those that do, are doing very well

I have\ been using a local banker for packaging residential loans into a bundle that allows for more Fannie Mae inveastment loans.
