“The Higher the Credit Scores the Better Your Interest Rate can be”

Hi Joe. Thank you for sending all the information I need from our credit report. We will certainly attack the issues and get them resolved. The offer process is going okay I believe. We had put in an offer, along with someone else and they accepted the other offer, however, we learned today they had to pull their offer and we are back in now, so fingers crossed. We are now in the waiting process. Again Joe, Jessica and I appreciate your assistance in all of this. Most things we hear sound like another language.

Sometimes so it's nice to have them broken down for us. We will talk soon.

 Thanks. Jim

These folks already qualify for the mortgage that I pre-qualified them for, but why not do the work necessary to get a better rate.

There were a handful of items on the credit report that could easily be resolved that would improve the credit scores. Which means a better interest rate and over a 30 year mortgage. That translates to a lot of money.

After reviewing their credit report in detail and explaining what should be done, it will make a difference.

If you think everyone understands the steps to improve credit scores, I promise you that is not the case.

Joe, good morning and nice blog! Keep in mind that blogging needs to satisfy Google's algorithms and search engine spiders and crawlers so that you end up high, first page, on a google search.
