“Keeping our Multifamily Home”
My daughter and son-in-law referred me to you, they told me that you have dome a couple of mortgages for them in the past. My husband and I are looking to move out of our multifamily home to a single home. We are not planning on selling, but keep the property for rental income. We want to know how much of a mortgage we can get. Please call me so that I can go over any information you need.

These folks took advantage of receiving income from their tenants. They let their tenants help pay their mortgage. This is one of those investments that will just keep on giving.
Once they purchase a home, most of the mortgage payment will be paid by the tenant that will be moving into their current apartment. Very wise investment for sure.
