Hi Joe,

Hope all is well with you! Wanted to let you know the truck will officially be out of Lawrence's name this week. What does he need to do to get a pre-qualification letter? We are going to look at this house for the 2nd time this weekend. Also, is there such thing as a FHA Conventional Loan?

So often a large payment, like a vehicle payment can get in the way of being qualified to purchase a home. In this situation a $500 payment was the problem. I suggested if the payment could be taken over by someone else it would solve the problem. The immediate answer most always is, that is not possible.

 

If owning a home is important, folks can usually figure out how to make things work. Having referral partners that can refinance vehicle loans is a big help.

 

By the way there is no such thing as an FHA Conventional loan. It can be one or the other.

 

At this point a pre-qualification is not an issue!
