Hi Joe,

I was wondering with home inspections, do any test results of radon, well water, septic, etc have to have a passing test result for loan approval of USDA loan that I will be doing in New Hampshire? The real estate agent wasn’t sure.

As crazy as it seems I am asked this question far too often. Why would a prospective home buyer even consider buying their next home without doing a home inspection and all relevant tests and require that all come out in a positive manner? It just doesn’t make sense.

 

What is even more frustrating is that an agent would even think no inspection is OK. Just Crazy!

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky it's well beyond "crazy".... it's actually a frightening thought that an agent who thinks as that agent does is hired to provide guidance!!!!!!!!!!!  CRAZY....

Hi Joe Petrowsky - all the red flags are up with that agent.  It sounds like that client needs to re-evaluate their real estate agent.
