“Yes, I can do Foreign National Mortgages”
Your name was given to me by my USA attorney, as I will need a mortgage to purchase a second in your state. We are in the negotiation stage, the purchase price will most likely be around 2.4 million. I am told by few different bankers that a mortgage for a foreign National isn’t anything that they do, that is why I am contacting you. Can you do this type of mortgage? Here is some basic information.
I have joint Nigerian and British Citizenship
I have USA visa on my Nigerian Passport - I do not require visa on British Passport. I normally come in to USA on the Nigeria because I get minimum 6 months stay stamped on.
I have a home in UK and in Nigeria presently. I practice Law in both countries. I qualified as a Barrister 33 years ago. I have a B1/B2 Visa Currently.
I am okay w 25 years amortization. But I plan to pay off under or not longer than 5 years. So I need to be able to do that without penalty for early repayment.
We have been doing mortgages for Foreign Nationals that cannot get regular conventional type mortgages. Fortunately, we have a couple of different lenders that offer these mortgage products.
There are so many different types of visas and we can do mortgages for most of them. Most of these loans require a down payment of 25% or more and offer terms up to 30 years.
I can do these mortgages in CT, RI, MA, ME, NH, VT, NY and FL.
