“A USDA Mortgage is a Perfect Solution”
You mentioned USDA as the best mortgage option for me, could I get approved for a loan that is 0% down? As you know, I settled all my collection accounts over the past few months so I don’t have much set aside and know I will have the cost of the inspections and what not.
As long as the town allows USDA loans it is a wonderful option. USDA loans are allowed in more rural towns, so if that lifestyle works there is no better mortgage product.
One amazing statistic about USDA and VA loans is that they require NO down payment and have the lowest default rates of all mortgage types. It just doesn’t get any better than that.
