“Making a Fee isn’t always Important, service is”

Hi Joe, Thank you again for your time and help with my mortgage.  The mortgage company, XXXXX XXXXXXX that you recommended can help me with a bank statement loan.  They've presented two different scenarios with two different percentage rates, which are attached.  If you have some time, would you be so kind to review this information and let me know what you think?

Thank you so much for your time, Joe.  I know you are not benefiting financially, but I really appreciate your professional opinion and any ideas you might have. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

When you do as much blogging as I do, you never know who will be motivated enough to contact you.

In Tammi’s case she contacted me regarding a blog that I wrote about bank statement mortgages. We do a lot of them.

They are ideal for someone like Tammi who doesn’t show a lot of income on her tax returns but has a tremendous cash flow from her business. She is the ideal candidate for this mortgage product.

I believe this. When my builder won't take care of our renters we take it on ourselves to please them.
