Hi Joe, Thank you again for your time and help with my mortgage.  The mortgage company, XXXXX XXXXXXX that you recommended can help me with a bank statement loan.  They've presented two different scenarios with two different percentage rates, which are attached.  If you have some time, would you be so kind to review this information and let me know what you think?

I believe this. When my builder won't take care of our renters we take it on ourselves to please them.
