“It took a Year but well Worth the Wait”
Hello Joe Petrowsky :)
I have been working hard to raise my credit score, I have tapped in at 611 & 615 according to Credit Karma where I check in on my accounts. (previously 540-) I have been spending and paying off as best I can for months. I have my taxes done for this year.
I am 100% sure I am staying in my wonderful home..
It is time for me to set up an appointment with you and get a new mortgage for my home, if you think my credit score is good enough??
I am hoping to discuss maybe adding in extra to pay off the rest of the bills due, I also have a car payment I will have to deal with very soon as I am going to buy the car I am currently leasing.
So, lots to discuss, and I am ready to get moving on this asap!
Can we set up an appointment?
Just let me know what paperwork I need to bring with me, how long of a time we need, and when.
I AM SO EXCITED!!
thank you so much for all your help
Rebecca
Originally it was estimated that it would take a couple of months to get the credit scores to a point that a refinance was possible, but we had an income issue because of the 2015 tax returns. Now that the 2017 returns were completed we are ready to move forward. Can you tell, Rebecca is very excited!

Good morning Joe. Patience and persistance paid off in this case. Enjoy your day!
Congratulations on working to better your credit score.
I am in the same situation, Credit Karma is a very good place check your credit except it does not give you Experian. Experian thinks they are better than other two credit reporting agencies
