Can you do no income verification loans? I know a person who asked as he would like to re-fi Two (2) Residential Two (2) Families he owns personally. He owns Title (personally) outside an LLC that are residential; and looking for Cash Out to pay off a mortgage on one of his (properties) LLC's etc. He has several properties in trusts and does not show much income.

There are a handful of lenders from across the country doing these mortgages and doing them very well. They are not being stupid like many lenders doing these mortgages 10 years ago were.

 

This potential borrower has outstanding credit scores and that doesn’t happen without good reason. Not surprisingly many that have large real estate portfolios don’t show strong tax returns. Which also means many of them can’t get institutional type mortgages.

Fortunately, we have lenders that can do these mortgages.

Institutional lenders are the bad news real estate investor community!!!

Many that have large real estate portfolios don’t show strong tax returns. Which also means many of them can’t get institutional type mortgages.

Fortunately, we have lenders that can do these mortgages.
