“Buying and Selling without Realtor Representation”
The gentleman that Chris and I will be buying the house from is relocating to South Carolina. He wants to know if he is able to do his part of the closing electronically so that he does not have to come back to CT. Is this possible to do? He said that is how he did it to purchase his home in South Carolina. Or, is this something that I would need to contact our attorney about?
Also, Chris and I submitted our information to Entryonly.com today to put on the MLS. I will let you know if we get an offer.

I always cringe when someone tells me, “I don’t need a Realtor”. Certainly, as a mortgage broker so much of my referral business comes from Realtors and I know how valuable they can be to buyers and sellers. So many transactions would have fallen apart if it was not for their expertise.
I have never seen the cost of hiring a Realtor being thought of as an expense. I have always viewed it as an insurance policy.
