“Can You Get a Mortgage When a Bank Cannot?”
Your name was given to me by Janet XXXXXXXX, my Realtor. She asked me to reach out to you as my mortgage application with XXXXXXXX Bank was just denied. The reason we were given was that we had a late payment on our rental history in the last 12 months. We had given them a detailed letter of explanation, but was told that wasn’t sufficient.
Our rent is $2000 per month and the estimated mortgage payment is under $1700. If possible, can you call me today as we do not want to lose this home. Can you help us?
After reading their letter of explanation, this bank was crazy not to do it but if they weren’t crazy I never would have had the opportunity to get this mortgage done for the clients.
I have already done their mortgage application and as you can imagine they brought me a complete file. With 750 credit scores they will get the very best rate.
