  “Even Thousands of Miles Away”

Hi Joe,

How are you? Time flies! A lot has happened since I last saw you when you really were a huge help for us in a rough time of our lives when you helped us get a mortgage for the home my family still lives in.

I hope you and your family are well and are in good health.

Last year I got married and my husband and I moved to Peru! We are working here in South America doing the volunteer bible education work that we as Jehovah's Witness do for the community.

I wanted to reach out to you because my husband and I are interested in purchasing a multi-family real estate investment in Connecticut. My dad will manage for us until we return. Let us know how much of a down payment is needed and what you will need from us. We once again need your help!

Best Regards, Danielle

This is not the furthest distance I have every done a mortgage for a client, Australia holds that distinction.  It is really pretty easy these days to do mortgages for clients that are in foreign countries. The real challenge is when the documents are in a foreign language as the documents need to be translated.

Good morning Joe Petrowsky,

Wow that is a long way to help someone do a mortgage. It doesn't matter the distance..you'll get it done! A great treat to enjoy such loyalty from past clients.

It is not just the interpretation of the language, it is also a conversion of the currency. I work with quite a few foreign national investors.
