“It takes Work to Repair Credit, but Easier with a Plan”

Greetings Joe,

I have been working with a credit repair service and have taken care of quite a few items on my credit report. Can you please review the below information (highlighted in yellow) and see if we have a chance at qualifying for a VA loan. We have found a home that we are in a rent to own option with right now. Purchase price is $185,000.00.

Thank you, Tyler

Tyler is truly committed to accomplishing his goal of homeownership and I want to do everything humanly possible to assist this veteran in purchasing the right home for him and his family.

What is important for someone beginning the process of credit repair is the understanding and knowing of where you are. Tyler, like many others that I have worked with never really knew what to do, even when they looked at their credit reports. Not the case any longer. I have given him clear instructions and now it isn’t impossible. Now it is it all possible.

Good morning, Joe Petrowsky repairing is more difficult than damaging!!!  those who have damaged are learning a hard lesson... but it can be repaired with time!

That's wonderful news for Tyler that he contacted you and has a game plan....

If he is going to use a realtor for this purchase, you might suggest he look into whether there is a Homes for Heroes agent in his area. If he uses one, he would get a Hero Rewards check back after closing (for a $185K purchase it would be slightly less than $1300).

One has to be careful with credit repair services and it is best to coordinate your repair with a top notch lender.
