Good morning Joe, my name is Chris XXXXXXX,

 I talked to you about a year or so ago about helping me and my wife get a loan for a house we were trying to buy. Seeing as I had one too many late payments on a time share that I had the company that we were using wouldn't do anything for us. Well when I told them I was in contact with you and your company they changed their ways and things started to move forward and they started to help us, I'm sorry I didn't follow up and get back in touch with you to let you know what was going on.  Well we got the house but I would like to refinance because I had to bring my brother in as a co-borrower and I need to take him off the mortgage. If you could help us out with this it would be great, there is no big rush with this, but I would like to maybe get it done by the end of the year.

There is no doubt in my mind that the coaching you gave me at the time is the reason we finally got the mortgage. Thanks again have a great day, Chris


At the time we originally spoke, I recommended that they stay with their current loan officer as they had already paid for their appraisal and they needed to close in ten days, but advised them how to get the lender past the outstanding issues. Was delighted to hear that they got the home they wanted.

Now I have the opportunity to work with them to get a refinance accomplished.
