You have done two mortgages for her in the past and she is looking to purchase another home for her sister. Can you please contact Fanny XXXXXX. I told her I would reach out to you as she will never work with anyone else.

It is not uncommon for ethnic families to be extremely loyal, as I have done two mortgages for Fanny, mortgages for two of her children and one for her sister and brother-in-law.

 

They have all used the same Realtor for each of their transactions.
