I am interested in purchasing a rental property and was referred to you as a source. We have communicated in the past regarding a former client as well. I was interested in knowing the minimum requirements to get a loan for a rental. Since this is my first investment property I'm trying to be cautious.
Buying an investment property may sound like something “pretty cool” to do, but it is not for everyone. I have seen the bad results when someone has no clue what they are doing and over time loses a bunch of money.
Keisha is wise to be cautious and learn as much as possible before making this kind of investment. She was referred by someone who knows that I own a number of investment properties and have for many years.
I often remember something that my dad shared with me many times. He would say, “The man who learns from his own mistakes is a fool, the person who learns from the mistakes of others is a wise man”.
