“Online Applications, are You Kidding Me?”




I forgot to mention on the phone yesterday that we did a pre-approval application online with USAA on Monday and were not pre-approved because they needed more information. That was before I knew my father-in-law was going to get us in contact with you. Thank you!



I do business in 8 states, I speak to clients to make sure of what they need and want, before having them do a mortgage application. Many have no idea even if they are homeowners already. I want to make sure I completely understand the situation before starting any kind of application.


Can you imagine a doctor that immediately started to give a prescription without giving a patient a thorough exam? Yes, I’m sure there are some doctors that are very happy just to give out prescriptions without doing the real and necessary work to make sure what is best for their patient.

You do the process in the right order! No need to have buyers waste their time with the wrong tool.

I love anything online but one should not leave a client at the mercy of their own devices.
