Joe,

Thank you very much for all your help. I really appreciate your effort. Just know that once I start my full time position I will be back to you so that I can move forward with a mortgage. I will give you periodic updates to make sure I am on the “Right Trac”.

 

It is only NO for today, but this client is on a mission and will end up owning a home in about a year. I have totally educated her on what will be needed.

 

I will look forward to monitoring her progress to make sure she is doing all the correct steps.

 

She will be a wonderful homeowner and neighbor, no matter where she will live.
