“The Size Didn’t Matter!”





One of my secretaries gave me your contact information. She shared how much she appreciated working with you, especially since she was buying her first home. This is not the case for my wife and I but we probably know less than Jenny and we are looking to purchase our third home. We need your help as well, can you call my cell XXX XXX-XXXX.


Jenny bought her first home and the purchase price was $106,000, her boss will be shopping in the $750,000 price range. The crazy part about the mortgage industry is that it will be the same amount of work and both clients need similar coaching.


It is also very obvious that if I didn’t do a good job with a client that was buying a property for $106,000, what would have been the odds of getting to work with clients that will be home shopping in the $750,000 price range?

You are so right. We have to spend the same effort and attention with those who are buying on the low end and the high end in terms of price ranges. They all deserve excellent service. You know how to provide that!

The same is true when selling homes, Joe Petrowsky ; the $106,000 home sale is as time consuming as the $1M sale.

It works the same way as a REALTOR®, in fact the lower price ranges are often harder work with first time buyers and dealing with qualifying.
