Attached are the plans for the home that Nick will be building for us. Hopefully we are now ready to order the appraisal. Please let us know if you need anything. We certainly appreciate all the coaching throughout this process.




Love working with clients that want a new home built. Fortunately for me, many in the mortgage business do not offer new construction products. It is actually fortunate for my clients as I completely understand the process having worked on my fair share of projects.


Most likely lenders won’t work with most loan officers as they have no clue about the process, not the case for me as I have built a couple hundred different single family homes and condominiums.

There are still people who would love to have their own house built, so it's great that you have solutions for them!

My business model is based on building new homes from the dirt phase for investors so having lenders who understand the process and have a variety of programs is essential.
