Hi Joe,

      I hope you are enjoying this gloomy day. I am going to be on the road today in your area and would like to be a part of your information center. Would it be ok to stop in and drop off some brochures and business cards?

On another note, I found out through talking to my best friend Katherine XXXXXXX that you handled her mortgage on her current house. I mentioned you and she lit up about how fantastic you are and how much she loved working with you.

A few years ago we set up an information center where our referral partners can leave materials and business cards. It is in an area that our clients can view them and they continually ask about various types of services. We continue to refer our referral partners to our clients as they continue to refer us to theirs

I have always been a believer in giving and not worrying about what may come in return. Things just have a way of working out.
