As a result of asking “Who else do you know that needs my help?” Clients of mine immediately let me know they would have their friend Molly contact me. Would they have made the referral if I didn’t make the request? I’m never sure but I don’t want to leave it to chance.

Good morningi Joe Petrowsky.  Some agents think it is tacky to ask for business, but clearly it is not as you have clearly demonstrated.  To the smart ones go the spoils.

The advertsing cost for new clients can be dear, but the cost of a referral is doing the right thing.
