“It wasn’t just about the Time Spent”

Thank you for taking the time to answer all our questions.  We are beyond excited and can’t thank you enough for all the coaching you gave us over a year ago!!

After someone has had a short sale in their history, there is always going to be this sense that they may never own a home again. It took nearly an hour of assuring Lindsey that it was time to stop paying $2100 per month in rent. A great job was done re-establishing credit and paying off other obligations.

They kept saying they had a fear that no one would ever “Trust” them enough to give them a mortgage again. I will be proud to get them a mortgage for their next home.

That is wonderful - there are so many reasons that people take the short sale route and many times it is due to circumstances that truly are beyond their control!

Good morning Joe. While some should rent, most should not! And, it takes patience and perserverence, along with mentoring to get back on track! Good job! Enjoy your day!

I just closed a house for a couple I did a short sale for 4.5 years ago. I felt so good for them.
