“Follow Up as Quickly as Possible!”
Hey there. Just thought I'd give you an update. The original Mortgage person that I started working with has decided to email me and start asking me questions again after just dropping us a couple of months ago. I have no intentions of further contacting him. You come very highly recommended. We plan on working with you going forward even though you are 300 miles away from us. Let me know what you need from us so that we can get started with the application process.
This might not be the largest mortgage that I will ever do but to these clients it may be the most important mortgage that they will ever do, especially when it comes to owning their first home.
I have since emailed and spoken to them, each time it is such a joy as they are truly excited to be discussing their options. Their mortgage will actually be pretty simple even though they keep hearing about how difficult the process is these days.
I also had an opportunity to speak to their Realtor. We spoke for over a half hour. He spoke about two other clients that he had that couldn’t get pre-qualified and offered to send them my way. These are two additional opportunities because I followed up right away.
