“Only too Happy to Refer Him”

“Only too Happy to Refer Him”

I wanted to see if I could qualify for a HELOC on my property. I have two credit cards I'd like to pay off and I'm looking for 85-90% CLTV. I'm only looking for a 20K loan max.  Even 15k would be fine but I'd like to have 20K. I owe 190,000 on my home in Wethersfield, CT. I'm assuming my home is worth around 255,000-260,000. You can pull my credit report to see how it looks. I haven't checked it in sometime. What bank should I talk to about the HELOC?

P.S. I referred a guy over to you who shares an office with me. He does construction and buys and sells properties. Nice guy and may need your help with some financing. His name is Joe XXXXXX. FYI

I referred him to a banker that is in the same town as his home and he had his line of credit within a week, which really makes me look good to a very strong referral source and it cost him no money out of pocket to get his loan.

Two things happened as a result, the banker will continue to refer clients to me that they can’t assist and in this case that is a lot of people. Secondly, my referral source knows that I have his best interest at heart and will remember that when there is an opportunity to refer me.

Another great job both in terms of getting the financial deal done and continuing to have a strong referral business. Thanks for sharing!

Sounds like it was a 'Win-Win' for all concerned, Joe Petrowsky IU learned a long, long time ago; it pays to take the 'high road' with everything we do. Clearly, you live by the same rule!
