“It Sometimes takes Weeks before they are Ready”

“It Sometimes takes Weeks before they are Ready”

Good morning, you may recall that we spoke in Dec after reading a number of your blogs. To say the least I was leery of folks in your industry, it must have been very obvious to you. You recommended that I check you out on LinkedIn and to Google your name, which I have done, very impressive. I have also run your current business credit score with D&B and it’s a 77 out of 80 which is top 2% in your industry, pretty impressive. You have made a believer out of me and I am ready work with you, if that is OK with you.

My wife and I would like to buy a home this spring or summer in Westchester County, what are the next steps and what information do you need from us?

Respectfully, Aaron

I remember my conversation very clearly with Aaron. He was very skeptical and was very uncomfortable sharing any information. There was not much point in pushing him, so I recommended that he do some homework on me before making a decision to work together and he certainly did.

Building loyalty takes time as he was not referred by anyone, rather did a couple of online searches and read a few of my blogs, so for him that was not enough to feel warm and fuzzy.

Now that the homework is done we can start building a long term relationship.

Yes, sometimes people can be leery of both mortgage and real estate professionals, and it can take time to become more comfortable. I have no doubt Aaron will be referring people to you by the time you're done!

Joe Petrowsky We all assume that just the personal contact is sufficient to win business, but in this case, the prospect really did the 'hmework' to assist him in deciding on the best-YOU!

Good morning Joe. Reputation takes time to build but only a moment to destroy. You have taken the time and can now reap the rewards. Enjoy your day!

I do not mind that people who are careful and move slow as long as I can see they are moving forward.
