Please put a stop to the refinance. I'm really sorry but we got a buyer for the property and don't need the cash out. I hope this did not consume a lot of your time. Heidi and I will continue to use you and will have lots of new real estate adventures in the future. We gave the buyer your card, hopefully they contact you.
When I met with these flippers they wanted to refinance a home they were flipping as the property was not selling. They were paying 12% interest and the note would be due shortly. Getting a refinance done for these folks would not be an issue, but I recommended that they meet with their Realtor to discuss a price adjustment rather than spending the closing cost dollars and then renting the property.
Fortunately, they now have a buyer which was the best option for them.
