“This Realtor is really on her Game”

“This Realtor is really on her Game”

Hi Joe,

I have a client looking for rentals, and put a bug in his ear about buying. He said his credit a year ago was not that good and he hasn't checked it lately. I don't know much about his past issues, and suggested he contact you to see if there is a possibility of owning.

He should be contacting you soon.

The client decided, oh what the heck let me at least talk to this mortgage guy and as luck would have it, I can get him a mortgage. There is no issue with income or down payment and now Brenda will be showing him homes to buy instead of rent.

I often tell prospective clients and Realtors to at least let me look to see what is possible and it always seems to shock folks when I say, “I can get you a mortgage”.

Good Morning Joe Petrowsky

I guess that's where 'Don't judge the book by its cover" approach comes in. That agent was smart to expend a little time to see if they could help that client.

Good Morning Joe - lots can happen in a year.  Glad you were able to help her.

I always tell them, it never hurts to ask! Even if they are unable to qualify now, they can at least learn what is stopping them and I can help them find the tools necessary to prepare. Good article, Joe Petrowsky

I exclusively sell rental property but ownership is always the best versus renting. It also helps the rental return by driving prices higher.
