“Patience is Required”

“Patience is Required”

I just want to thank you for all your help through the refinance process.  I know I ask a lot of questions and can be a pain so I appreciate your patience with me.

Joe, let me know if you think there's any benefit of refinancing my 299 Parsonage property at any point.

Again, thank you!

Jeremy

I have done a number of mortgages for this client. He really thinks that all the questions are a pain, they are not. Even though Jeremy is a veteran when it comes to mortgages, he asks lots of questions and they are all important and must be answered. The main reason is that  by the time the client gets to the closing there is usually a complete understanding of what is going to be happening, what a mortgage payment is going to be and how much money will be needed or proceeds that will be received.

Hello Joe.  I am guessing you better than most are able to educate your clients and they feel comfortable with it along the way.  Part 2 being just as important as part 1.  Have a very productive week ahead Joe.  Mark

It is all about patience, Joe Petrowsky and after dealing with you over the telephone on behalf of my client recently, I know that is something you truly have available.

I was always told "The only stupid question is the one you never ask?" Even veteran home buyers need to know how much has changed since their last mortgage.

it's always good to have a client who asks lots of questions - at least you know they are paying attention
