Good morning Sabrina,

                Per our conversation this morning I would like to introduce you to Joe Petrowsky of Right Trac Financial. Joe has many years of mortgage experience and is my go to guy for clients who have slightly more complex mortgage situations. As I shared with you our bank does not do mortgages on co-op, but I feel if there was ever anyone who could help you or guide you in the right direction it would be Joe.


Always glad to help out my banker referral partners. Many do not do mortgages on co-ops and that is something we can do on a regular basis. We are fortunate to have three different lenders that do them.

That's wonderful that you were recommended for a co-op mortgage. In the late 1990s, I bought a co-op and I do remember I had to hunt around for someone who would take my application.

Good morning, Joe... I'm always amazed when I hear that coop loans are not easy to get... having cut my teeth in this business in NYC where 85% of my sales were coops and we never had any issues finding a lender, I just kind of took these loans for granted.
