“Make Sure to Let Your Clients Know Where You do Business”

He has referred me many times, to friends and co-workers that need mortgages in New York and Connecticut, but still he asked if I can do a refinance for him in New York.

Unfortunately we take for granted that folks know or remember and fortunately he asked the question. Some wouldn’t even take that step. Rather than leaving things to chance I find myself constantly reminding my clients.

Hi Joe, hope you are doing well. I am doing good. I am looking to do my mortgage refi. Do you mortgages in NY? I think I asked this question before but I wanted to check as you have done so well for friends and people I work with.

Happy Friday Joe! You are right, if we do not let consumers know what we do and where we practice it, they may not know. Being top of mind is smart biz.

Good morning Joe. You are smart to know your priorities are not always your former clients.

Hi Joe Petrowsky It goes without saying that you need to state this over and over again. You cannot depend on your (possible) clients remembering.

Joe I never mind answering that question, and I am always honored when people think to ask it of me.
