I never take my referrals for granted. It is always an honor when I receive them from my past clients. Having said that, I need to keep reminding them this is how my mortgage practice works.

It means everything.  I am currently working with two buyers that were referrals.  They get great care. It means the world to me when someone says "this is who you should hire"
