“Quick Response to My Internet lead”

“Quick Response to My Internet lead”

Thank you for your quick response. Being in the financial industry as well, I appreciate a quick response, for me it is the difference between doing future business or not. I did three different searches and three different times, your name showed up, so I really wasn’t surprised by your quick response.

As soon as I get an inquiry on my website, as quickly as possible I ask two questions. First, what is the best way for us to communicate, phone or email. (His response, phone is best and he left his cell number). Second, I asked how he happened to get on my website. (His response was that he did three different searches and my name showed up each time. When we spoke he told me that he had checked me out on LinkedIn)

I will be doing his mortgage application on Friday.

It always amazes me how many times someone has said to me that I was the first to respond or something to that effect. It also amazes me that some just don’t respond within 24 hours. How quickly do you respond?

Good morning Joe Petrowsky .  I try to respond asap.  If I am out showing, I will send a quick email or text and follow up as soon as I get back to my office.

That is great, Joe.  Yes, quick response is even more important on internet leads.  They expect faster response.

Have been reaching out to many different types of businesses this summer in the construction / re-model fields and have been very disappointed in the response time, if any.  Makes me feel like they won't show up on the job either.  Quick response is the key to success.

As quickly as I can, Joe. The earlier the response the better if we want to call them a future client.

The early bird usually gets the worm so connecting immediately usually gets the business. Godo luck.

Hi Joe - being B to B I naturally do not get nearly as many inquiries but when I do I am one the phone instantly.

Joe, I respond as soon as I possibly can. Some of my phone calls are an hour or longer. Most folks expect an immediate response ... while I have two phones I can only help one person at a time.

Like you, Joe, I try to respond fast. I do wish people would pick up the phone to call me, because that's the fastest way to reach me. If I'm awake, I pick up the phone. As to doing searches, I'm working on getting all my profile images to look the same. That will still take some time. Amazing how many are out there from over the years. Best to Google myself.

I try to get back quickly. People are impatient and will not wait around long before moving on to the next.
