After working with Christina for a number of months we handled a couple of items on the credit report that showed they were in collections. Even though they were old they were being reported on the credit report each month.
She had been paying cash for her rent and that immediately changed to money orders. The credit card balances have been reduced to less than 50% of the high credit limit.
All this took her from a 606 credit score to a 690 credit score. Once she is under contract, getting her a mortgage will be a pretty simple process.
This is Christina again, well we think we have found our home. We are just waiting to find out if they took our offer. As soon as we hear, will contact you. I’ve contacted the home inspector you recommended and will let him know as well. We have everything that you have asked us to put together.
