“Best for the Client”
My client was looking to obtain a mortgage on a three family that has no existing mortgage. It would have been a very easy mortgage to do, but it was not the right solution.
Based on the purpose the money was going to be used for, the best solution was a home equity line. Sure we do them, but the bank that I sent him to does not charge any fees for this loan product. I always want what is best for the client that is why I referred him to one of my banker referral partners.
Hello Joe,
Thank you so much for the referral for XXXXXXX. We spoke with him yesterday morning and he came in and put through his home equity line of credit application within an hour of us speaking with him! The application is in progress so we will hopefully hear back shortly on that! Really appreciate the referral and I will be looking to send anything over your way whenever I can!

Hi Joe, HELOC's are great products under the right circumstances. Good job putting your client first. I have a lender I use that doesn't have access to them, so when someone needs an 80/15/5 or similar product, I have to suggest other sources.
